Print Your Label
Access the cabi Returns Portal online to generate and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all items are securely packed in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
